Product Features:
1. It adopts numerical control programmable controller, touch screen input information and status feedback, and the operation is simple.

6. When process angle size less than L100×L100×10, cold pressing can be used when the degree of bending is less than 5°.
7. Processing speed: average cold pressing processing time is 10s/time, heating processing time is 120s/time (determined according to the actual processing material and material), and the workpiece is processed when the heating temperature is 800 degrees (i.e. red) (determined according to the actual material and bending angle).
8. When the workpiece is heated and processed, design the parameters, press the cycle to start or step on the foot switch, fully automatic heating forward, heating, heating to exit, press the workpiece, press the head up, take out the workpiece.
9. When heating and cold pressing, design the parameters and directly perform cold pressing. The pressing head does not need to return to the original point. The lower pressing mold raises the gap of 100mm, and the workpiece is taken out, and the working efficiency is high.
